Navigating the world of connecting with young audiences can be challenging for brands and campaigns alike. When Sutton Council approached us about their Holiday Activities and Food Programme, and their desire to effectively engage a younger demographic, we took the opportunity to craft a tailored event strategy and marketing campaign.

At Beyond the Box, we specialise in creating impactful connections between organisations and their target audiences. Our collaboration with Sutton Council exemplifies this approach perfectly. Understanding the importance of reaching out to young people in innovative ways, we developed a strategic event plan that resonated deeply with the local community.

By focusing on engaging activities and meaningful interactions, we not only helped Sutton Council expand their outreach but also fostered a sense of community involvement and support. Our strategy aimed to make a lasting impact, ensuring that the message of the Holiday Activities and Food Programme reached those who needed it most

Our strategy culminated in the production of two vibrant events: a spring programme launch event hosted at Manor Park in Sutton, followed by a second summer programme launch event at Beddington Park. These community-driven occasions collectively captivated an audience of over 5,000 people.
